If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos errors.

If applicable, simply add the strap of your choice in your basket along with your new watch and the strap price will be automatically deducted.

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Customer Support at support@armogan.com

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at order@armogan.com. We generally process orders within the day, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase. In most cases, orders performed before 2pm (CET) leave Belgium the same day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking code. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add order@armogan.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account.

“Processing” just means that we successfully received your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Completed”

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Armogan cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Our watches are equipped with a Japanese Citizen Miyota quartz movement.

Armogan watches have a water resistance of 5 to 10 ATM depeding on the collection. Which means your watch can resist the rain, splashing, accidental submersion, showering, surface swimming, and shallow snorkeling. Nevertheless, the leather strap is not keen on water. Therefore, you should avoid water contact. By watering the wristband you expose your leather strap to loose its color and quality. ATMs, stands for atmospheres. Each ATM is equivalent to 10 meters or about 33 feet of static water-pressure. 5 or 10 ATMs means that the watch withstands pressures equivalent to a depth of 50 or 100 meters respectively.

Yes, there is a 2 years international warranty on all Armogan watches. For more information, please visit our warranty page. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use. The guarantee does not include any damage on wrist straps. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you want to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal and asked to log into your account or register as a new user. Now you simply have to confirm your order. We then receive a confirmation from PayPal and send out your order.

Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. It contains the amount that needs to be transferred as well as our bank details. Please use your order number as the reference so that the payment can be connected to your order. As soon as the payment for your order has been registered in the system, it will be processed.

Simply contact us at « support@armogan.com ». To speed up the procedure, please send us as much details as possible regarding the technical issue you are facing. We will then send you a return authorization under warranty and organize a pickup at your home or your working place with our carrier free of charges. Once your watch has been repaired or replaced, we will sen dit back to you, once again, at our charges.

Armogan offers a two-year warranty on all quartz movements. Proof of purchase is therefore required for all warranty claims and service requests. The warranty policy comes automatically in effect upon purchase by the buyer. Armogan’s warranty guarantees that your timepiece instrument will be free of material and workmanship defects and warrants the reliable functioning of its entire movement. If your timepiece malfunctions within the two year period, Armogan will repair or replace your watch free of charges. To make sure we get your watch fixed if you encounter any problems with it, we guarantee that we will keep sufficient spare parts for 2 years to repair or replace it.

• Damages as result of improper usage such as scratching, bouncing, falling, or normal wear and tear

• Inattention

• Intentional damage or;

• Neglected care.

The warranty on a watch relates to the movement and not to other parts such as the glass or the strap. Wear traces visible on the strap of a watch, must be considered as normal effects of usage.

Should you experience any problems with your watch (under warranty or not), please contact us at support@armogan.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

All unused and unworned watches are fully exchangeable and refundable within a 15-days time limit. For all exchanges and refunds, shipping costs are borne by the client. To send back an order, simply contact us at order@armogan.com explaining the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Refunds: we will reimburse the costs of your original order (please note that shipping cost to return the order are borne by the client).
